A photograph is a recorded moment in time. A moment, that unless it is captured in the time capsule of the camera's lens, will never be experienced again. It will never repeat itself, and is gone for all time and eternity. When the photographer sees this moment, something is felt in the depths of the soul – be it humor or sorrow, excitement or anger. Maybe it is regret or happiness, sincerity, peace, rebellion, patriotism or beauty. There is so much out there to be seen, captured or simply noticed. You would be surprised at how much we don’t see.
